Previously with the US Coast Guard, Jose has a solid background in boating safety and practices. After moving over to the yachting side, Jose has worked on over 100 different charter yachts throughout South Florida and the Bahamas. He enjoys catering to clients and giving them an unforgettable experience on the water.
3,000 Ton Master license, Open Ocean, Advanced STCW training and ABYC Master Technician. Fluent in Spanish and English.

Originally from Miami, Chef Mike transferred from the high-end land based culinary world to yachts 4 years ago and never looked back. With a broad spectrum of experience and flavors, Chef Mike enjoys the variety of demands as a charter Chef and meeting new people. He has worked onboard in the Caribbean, Bahamas and US enjoying the local provisions and tastes each area has to offer and incorporating new flare into his dishes.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
